SOLD: E-Flite Draco 2m Scale

SOLD: E-Flite Draco 2m Scale

With best intentions, I recently purchased this beautiful model from Mark Holman but unfortunately I did not anticipate the scale size of it when I collected from Mark last weekend (May 6). We had difficulty getting it into my car that has a wheelchair that takes up a lot of space along with my normal RC gear and toolbox that I take with me. I thought that would be manageable but once we arrived home it was too tall to fit on any of my shelves and leaving it on the floor would be too risky with an adult German Shepherd running around. It currently sits on my workbench. My wife Kerry has the unenviable task of loading and unloading the car when we go flying and I am asking too much of her to handle this large model and I have no suitable space in my workshop.

It is regrettable but I have no choice but to sell it. These are the details of the model –

  • E-Flite Draco Bind & Fly (BNF)
  • Wingspan: 2.0mLength:
  • 100A Spektrum Avian Brushless Smart ESC (installed)
  • Brushless Outrunner Motor (installed)
  • 6 x Metal-Geared Servos (installed)
  • Spektrum AR637TA 6-Channel Receiver (Although you could use any other suitable Rx if you do not use Spektrum)
  • Product Manual
  • Mark advised that the model has only had a half dozen flights!

What you get and their estimated replacement cost (As quoted by ModelFlight 08/05/2023)

E-Flite Wilga “Draco” Link$1270
Lipo Battery “Prime” 6s 5200mAh Link$155
Wheels: Dubro 5.5″ inflatable Link$63
Spare E-Flite 14.5×9″ 4-blade propellors (2) Link$62
Total Replacement Cost$1550
Selling Price (What I paid for it)$650
I am sure I could ask more for it but I only want what I paid for it.
